Students give Neoga High School’s “Hollywood Homecoming” two thumbs up! Girls spent all day getting ready, boys picked up their dates, and everyone headed to the Neoga gym to dance the night away. For a few seniors, however, it was more than just a dance because they were selected for homecoming court. This year’s lucky few were Jenna Mellendorf, Natalie Walk, Molly Tarter, Lauren Shumacher, Jayson Hymes, Nick Bright, Clayton Potter, Travis Cornell, and Tyler Pikowski. Out of these, only two were chosen by the student body to be homecoming king and queen. Serving as crown-bearers were Claire Walk and Alex Cornell. The reigning king and queen, Travis McClellan and Taylor Walk, returned to crown this year’s recipients, Natalie Walk and Jayson Hymes. After concluding this year’s festivities, students are looking forward to next year’s installment for another 5-star performance.
